All services provided by Ice World Solutions are physical, on-site repair services. Once a technician visits and diagnoses or performs the service, the service is considered delivered.
Once the repair work has been completed and approved by the customer, no refunds will be issued.
If any advance payment is taken for spare parts or booking, it is non-refundable once the parts are purchased or service is scheduled.
- Service can be cancelled before technician dispatch without any charge.
- If cancelled after technician dispatch, a visiting charge may apply.
If you face any issue after service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will inspect and resolve the issue as per our service commitment.
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where service could not be delivered due to our fault.
